storm damage rebuild

This 15 year old existing lake side home was severely damaged by a falling tree that literally cut the house in half. The Owner, who was entertaining an addition/remodel prior to the storm suddenly had no choice. She wanted an open plan,... just not quite that open. The resultant rethinking of this house offers open living, dining, deck, screen porch, and master suite over looking the lake on the main level. 3 guest bedrooms and lakeside recreation room, all with lake views, occupy the lower level.
